Mod de preparare:

 

Se da apa cu zaharul si otetul in fiert, se adauga foi de dafin, frunze de telina, boabe de piper, boabe de msutar si sarea masurata. Gogosarii se cuarata si se spala, se taie in patru sau se pun intregi. Se verifica sa nu fie si iuti printre ei si se inlatura. Daca sunt loviti acestia nu se folosesc sau se inlatura. Cand apa e fierbinte se pun din gogosari in lichid pe foc si se lasa sa se inmoaie bine intorcandu-se pe toate partile. Legumele trebuie sa fie frumoase si nepatate cele atinse inlaturandu-se. Pe fundul borcanului se pun cele care arata mai bine si deasupra cele mai coapte pentru a se consuma primele. Eu folosesc gogonele potrivite ca sa se patrunda mai bine si varza rosie mai multa sa le dea culoare frumoasa. Legumele se curata si se spala. Conopida se desface buchetele si se pune in apa cu sare. Verzelor li se taie cotorul in cruce si se taie apoi in sferturi. Morcovii si telina se taie in fome dorite rondele sau pe lung. Hreanul se taie in patru pe lung. Citeste mai departe... >
