Felii de dovleac cu jambon
Spalati dovleacul, stergeti-l si apoi taiati-l in triunghiuri cu latura de maximum 7 – 8cm. Taiati jambonul in felii foarte subtiri. Amestecati nucsoara cu sare si piper proaspat macinat. Treceti fiecare bucata de dovleac prin acest amestec condimentar si apoi infasurati-o intr-o felie de jambon. Ungeti cu ulei o tava. Stropiti cu ulei bucatile de dovleac impachetate si asezati-le in tava. Coaceti dovleacul la foc potrivit. (Daniel Petre)
